Tap Notes ‘25 Choreographic Project recruited a group of local tap dancers with remarkable potential, provided them with training on dance, music and video shooting. After tireless refinements, they now present their unique works in a theatre space, sharing their stories with sound and movements.
In this project, our Artistic Director, Ken Kwok, invited Korean tap artist, Yono, to serve as a mentor for the six selected dancers and choreograph a new piece for them. Yono will also perform with Ken together, using the sound of tap as a medium for dialogue and communication, filling the stage with vitality.
